Store Policy

Custom Orders:
All custom handmade designs, remakes, remodels are organised in store, upon agreeing to the outlined design and quote, confirming you would like to proceed with the creation a 50% deposit is required before work proceeds. 
Upon completion the remaining balance needs to be paid before item leaves our care.

Laybys:

We accept laybys in store the conditions are:

- All laybys need to be finalised within 3 months from the initial date.

- 30% deposit is to be paid on the day to secure a layby.

- After 3 months, we will endeavor to contact you in writing to finalise the layby.

- The layby Agreement may be terminated by the Customer prior to the expiration of the three 3 month period by attending our store and presenting the layby Agreement.

Our jewellery come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
